American Spirt and Mentos

With the spirt of Memorial day passing over, I felt the need to make a entry like this one, A very sad home sick soldier longing for a small taste of home. A friend offers a small little candy to him ... and Low and behold what is it??? MENTOS! As he bites into it all the happy memories of home come flooding back bringing a smile that seemed long gone back to his face.
